My dearest Zuzi, your guidance is top notch. My face gained new life. I generally don’t like waking up early – I need to have my coffee first and then I can function. Of course, I had the coffee but even now, in the afternoon, my skin feels great. Not sure how to describe it properly – it feels like it’s pumped with endorphins. 😊 Personally, I can’t wait for the eye area face cupping and for the exercises focused on the eye area and forehead. Good evening Zuzanka, I just finished my first session of the course. It’s so much different when I compare it to exercising alone with a book. It’s great to see you in front of me, saying what to focus on - what to stretch and tighten. My boys at home make fun of me when I do the noises but at least it’s fun for all of us. Thank you for this opportunity. It’s certainly great to see all the creativity in different people and in various environments- especially now. I work at a hospital and are expecting difficult times and decisions, but I very much wish that we make it. A big thanks to people like you… you make our days better. Have a wonderful evening
